Visit of the General Councilor to the District of Gulf of Benin
After the RELAF Conference of Visitors last November in Abidjan, Brother Pierre Ouattara, General Councilor for the Region Africa and Madagascar, visited the District of Gulf of Benin. The visit took place from November 22 to December 8, 2014. With a well provided and adorned calendar, Brother Councilor visited the communities and works of the District of Gulf of Benin.
