A la sortie de la messe, moment de joie et de retrouvailles pour l’un, occasion de faire connaissance pour le Supérieur général avec Sœur Chantal, petite sœur du Conseiller général, membre de la congrégation des Sœurs dominicaines de la Présentation en service à Yaoundé. The general Superior participated in the 6: 15 am mass in the Basilica of Yaoundé. After mass, there was moment of joy and reunion for some and opportunity for the general Superior to meet Sister Chantal, younger sister of the general Councillor and member of the congregation of the Dominican Sisters of the Presentation in mission in Yaoundé. This Monday morning was devoted to administrative formalities to obtain an entry visa in Chad for the general Superior and also for the District bursar, Brother Marek. » Read more

The general Superior participated this Saturday 29 October in the District Council which was held in the Library of La Salle College in Douala. Six Brothers make up this Council with the responsibility to assist and accompany the Brother Visitor in his duties as a facilitator of the District of Central Africa comprising of Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea and Chad. Le Supérieur général a participé ce samedi 29 octobre au Conseil de District qui s’est tenu dans la bibliothèque du collège de La Salle de Douala. Six Frères composent ce conseil chargé d’aider et d’accompagner le Frère Visiteur dans ses charges d’animateur du District d’Afrique centrale comprenant le Cameroun, la Guinée Equatoriale et le Tchad. Plusieurs points importants étaient inscrits à l’ordre du jour de ce conseil : adoption des projets de communautés, rapports de rentrée des œuvres éducatives et nouvelles des communautés, rapport du conseil économique et adoption du budget 2016-2017, préparation de la profession perpétuelle du fr Débasco, Chapitre de District, retraite du District… » Read more
